Snooze A.M. Eatery is a high-end breakfast restaurant in Colorado Springs. Called Snooze for short, they have the best pancakes I have ever eaten, plus delicious adult breakfast beverages. Along with quality, unique food, comes high prices. You will spend more than you do at Village Inn.

The Santa Fe Trail in Colorado Springs is an almost 17 mile trail that runs from Palmer Lake, just north of Monument, in the TriLakes neighborhood, down through the Northgate neighborhood, down to the Woodmen exit on the I-25 in the Northwest, where it becomes the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail. Santa Fe Trail is a flat gravel walkway, suitable for bicycles, dogs, horses, walking, and running.
Quick, simple, and just the thing when you need a break from Chipotle. Costa Vida is a delight for a quick meal in Colorado Springs. I can't say for sure when Costa Vida came to the Springs, maybe 2017, but it's been one of our favorites ever since.
The restaurant has much more of a California theme also, which I will never say no to. It's hard to find good Mexican food that we like, authentic or not. |
